1. Agreement
These terms govern access to Apirelio unless a signed order form or other written agreement says otherwise. By creating a workspace, you confirm that you can accept these terms for yourself or the organization you represent.
“Service Provider” means the Apirelio contracting entity identified in the applicable order form. For a free early-access workspace without an order form, request the current operator details before using Apirelio with production data.
2. The service
Apirelio provides customer integration analytics for B2B APIs, including ingestion, dashboards, alerts and reports. Early-access features may change as the product develops. Material reductions to paid functionality are handled under the applicable commercial agreement.
Apirelio is not an emergency monitoring, security incident response or life-safety system. You remain responsible for operating and securing your API.
3. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information, protect credentials and ingestion keys, and promptly revoke access that may be compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for ensuring users are authorized by your organization.
4. Customer data
You retain rights to data submitted to Apirelio. You grant the Service Provider the limited right to process it only to provide, secure and support the service. You must have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit customer identifiers and metadata.
Do not submit request bodies, credentials, secrets, health information, payment-card data or other sensitive content. Configure custom metadata conservatively and follow the documented allow-list approach.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Apirelio to violate law, infringe rights, probe or disrupt systems without authorization, distribute malware, bypass rate limits, resell access without agreement, or attempt to access another customer’s workspace. We may restrict abusive traffic to protect the service and other users.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to operate Apirelio reliably but do not promise uninterrupted availability for free or early-access workspaces. Planned maintenance, upstream failures and security events may affect access. Paid service levels, support response and retention are defined in an order form when applicable.
7. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by law, early-access service is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Any monetary liability and governing law should be defined in the applicable order form; mandatory consumer or statutory rights are not excluded.
Apirelio is an operational analytics aid. Decisions about deployments, customer communication and incident response remain with your team.
8. Contact and updates
We may update these terms as the service matures. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email. Questions about procurement or a signed agreement can be submitted through the contact form.
